amaliy mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, tashqi effektlar mohiyati, ularning iqtisodiy oqibatlari hamda Pigou soliqlari,
emissiya kvotalari va subsidiyalar kabi ichkilashtirish vositalari samaradorligi o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotda ekologik siyosatning
