Abstract

This study examines the challenges faced by the rural labor force, focusing on labor productivity reserves
in the rural labor market using agricultural enterprises as a case study. The paper highlights the persistent presence of
job vacancies in rural areas that often go unfilled due to comparatively lower wage levels in rural sectors and the national
economy overall.
