KAMBAG‘ALLIK TUSHUNCHASINING KO‘P O‘LCHAMLI IQTISODIY MAZMUNI: NAZARIY-USLUBIY YONDASHUV

Maqolada “kambag‘allik” tushunchasining iqtisodiy mazmuni nazariy-uslubiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Mutlaq, nisbiy, imkoniyatlar va ko‘p o‘lchamli yondashuvlarning evolyutsiyasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, ularning har biri kambag‘allikning muayyan qirralarini yoritishi asoslangan. O‘zbekistonda 2021-2025-yillarda pul ko‘rinishidagi kambag‘allik darajasi sezilarli kamaygani bilan birga, mehnat bozorida gender muvozanatini yanada yaxshilash, ayollar bandligining rasmiylashuv darajasini oshirish hamda raqamli moslashuv imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish zarurati statistik ma’lumotlar asosida ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida to‘rtta o‘lcham - daromad, gender tengsizligi, inson kapitali va raqamli moslashuvni uchta darajada - shaxs, oila va jamiyat miqyosida birlashtiruvchi “to‘siqlar zanjiri” konseptual modeli taklif etilgan. Mazkur model asosida “kambag‘allik” tushunchasining mualliflik ta’rifi ishlab chiqilgan.Keywords
