Yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida hududiy boshqaruvning institutsional mexanizmlarini takomillashtirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari tadqiq etilgan. Yashil iqtisodiyot konsepsiyasining besh bosqichli evolyutsiyasi asosida hududiy yashil boshqaruv tushunchasiga mualliflik ta’rifi ishlab chiqilgan. Boshqaruvning uch darajali – strategik, institutsional va operatsion – arxitekturasi hamda “resurs – iqtisodiy faoliyat – ekologik ta’sir – ijtimoiy natija – boshqaruv qarori” uzviy zanjiri ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan. Institutsional va tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlar yetti yo‘nalish bo‘yicha tizimlashtirilib, ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligini aks ettiruvchi integratsiyalashgan model ishlab chiqilgan. Model natijadorligini baholash uchun to‘rt blokdan iborat indikatorlar tizimi taklif etilgan. Hududlarni yashil transformatsiya salohiyati bo‘yicha tiplashtirish hamda har bir hudud tipi uchun boshqaruv modelini differensiallashtirish zarurati asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitida hududiy yashil boshqaruvni takomillashtirishga qaratilgan oltita amaliy taklif ishlab chiqilgan.Keywords
