RAQAMLI IQTISODIYOT SHAROITIDA OLIY TA’LIM MUASSASALARIDA ENERGIYA SAMARADORLIGINI MONITORING QILISHNING INTEGRATSIYALASHGAN UZEMS MODELI

Maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida oliy ta’lim muassasalarida energiya samaradorligini
monitoring qilish va boshqarishning nazariy-uslubiy hamda amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Smart meter, ASKUE,
IoT, BEMS, bulutli ma’lumotlar ombori va sun’iy intellektga asoslangan tahlil vositalarini yagona boshqaruv
konturiga birlashtiruvchi UzEMS (Uzbekistan Energy Monitoring System for Higher Education) modeli taklif etilgan.
Tadqiqotda tizimli va qiyosiy tahlil, texnologik benchmarking, ssenariyli iqtisodiy baholash hamda modellashtirish
usullaridan foydalanilgan. O‘rta hajmdagi shartli universitet misolida 1,15 mlrd so‘mlik boshlang‘ich investitsiya,
energiya sarfini 20 foiz kamaytirish sharti va qo‘shimcha tarmoq tejamkorligi asosida yillik iqtisodiy samara 1,25 mlrd
so‘m, oddiy qoplash muddati esa qariyb 11 oy deb baholangan. Pessimistik, realistik va optimistik ssenariylar tizim
samaradorligining energiya tejamkorligi darajasiga sezgirligini ko‘rsatadi. UzEMS modeli monitoring ma’lumotlarini
ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiya qilish orqali energetik samaradorlik bilan birga raqamli kompetentsiyalarni rivojlantirish
imkonini ham beradi.
