Abstract

Mazkur tezis O‘zbekistonda ayollar tadbirkorligining rivojlanish tendensiyalarini, mavjud
institutsional va iqtisodiy cheklovlarni hamda uni qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish
yo‘nalishlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi ayollar iqtisodiy faolligining mamlakat
iqtisodiy o‘sishi, bandlikni kengaytirish, oilalar daromadini oshirish va hududiy rivojlanishni ta’minlashdagi roli
bilan belgilanadi. 2024-yilda O‘zbekistonda 2,1 million ayol tadbirkor faoliyat yuritgani va bu ko‘rsatkich 2020-
yilga nisbatan qariyb yetti baravar oshgani qayd etilgan. Biroq tadbirkorlik subyektlari sonining ko‘payishi bilan
bir qatorda biznesning barqarorligi, moliyaviy resurslarga kirish, bozor infratuzilmasi, biznes kompetensiyalari,
raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish va oilaviy parvarish bilan bog‘liq majburiyatlar kabi masalalar ham
muhimligicha qolmoqda. Tadqiqotda tizimli, qiyosiy va statistik tahlil usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijada ayollar
tadbirkorligini rivojlantirishni faqat kreditlash bilan cheklamasdan, “moliya–kompetensiya–infratuzilma–bozor–
raqamlashtirish–ijtimoiy xizmatlar” integratsiyasiga asoslangan kompleks modelni shakllantirish taklif etiladi
