Mazkur maqolada iqtisodiy oʻsish va ekologik barqarorlikni taʼminlashda yashil fiskal
siyosatni rivojlantirishning xalqaro tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda davlatlar iqtisodiy rivojlanish
darajasiga koʻra rivojlangan (Shvetsiya, Daniya, Finlyandiya, AQSH) va rivojlanayotgan (Qozogʻiston)
guruhlarga ajratilib, ularning uglerod soligʻi, emissiyalar savdosi tizimi, transport, plastik paket va
poligon soliqlari borasidagi tajribasi qiyoslangan. Tahlil natijalariga koʻra, yashil fiskal instrumentlarning
samaradorligi ularning turiga emas, balki soliq daromadlarini qayta yoʻnaltirish dizayni, institutsional
tayyorgarlik va isteʼmolchiga toʻgʻridan-toʻgʻri fiskal signal yetkazilishiga bogʻliq ekanligi aniqlandi. Maqola
natijalari Oʻzbekistonda yashil fiskal siyosat mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish boʻyicha amaliy tavsiyalar
ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
