MEHNAT UNUMDORLIGI VA RESURSLAR SAMARADORLIGINI EKONOMETRIK MODELLASHTIRISHNING NAZARIY ASOSLARI

Hozirgi globallashuv, raqamli transformatsiya va sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi sharoitida
mehnat unumdorligi va resurslar samaradorligini ekonometrik modellashtirish iqtisodiyotning barqaror va inklyuziv
rivojlanishining asosiy omiliga aylangan. Ushbu tadqiqotda an’anaviy SFA va DEA modellarining cheklovlarini bartaraf
etish maqsadida Ko‘p darajali integratsiyalashgan mehnat unumdorligi va resurs samaradorligi modeli (ML-IPREM)
taklif etilgan. Model sun’iy intellekt va yashil texnologiyalarning bir vaqtning o‘zida sinergik ta’sirini hisobga olgan holda
korxona–tarmoq–mintaqa–milliy darajalarida birgalikda modellashtirish imkonini beradi. Tadqiqot O‘zbekistonning
“Yangi O‘zbekiston” strategiyasi, o‘rta daromadli tuzoq, norasmiy sektor va energiya sig‘imi muammolarini kontekstual
moslashtirish orqali amalga oshirilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, taklif etilgan model mehnat unumdorligi va resurs
samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirish imkoniyatini yaratadi hamda mamlakatning barqaror iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga
nazariy-metodologik asos beradi.
