Ushbu maqolada mahallalarda tadbirkorlik ekotizimini shakllantirish va rivojlantirish
jarayonida institutsional islohotlarning metodologik modeli ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqotda mahalla darajasida
biznes-inkubatorlar, savdo-logistika markazlari, kooperatsiya shakllari, klaster yondashuvi va oilaviy biznes
ekotizimining ilmiy modellari tahlil etiladi. Mahalla iqtisodiyotida tadbirkorlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash, resurslarni
samarali boshqarish va iqtisodiy faollikni oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi institutsional mexanizmlarning o‘zaro
uyg‘unlashuvi o‘rganiladi. Taklif etilgan metodologik model mahalla infratuzilmasida barqaror tadbirkorlik muhiti
yaratish va hududiy rivojlanish ko‘rsatkichlarini yaxshilashga qaratilgan
