В условиях цифровой трансформации и усиления конкуренции эффективность управления
проектами и программами стратегического развития становится ключевым фактором устойчивого развития
компаний. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью повышения уровня зрелости проектного
управления в организациях развивающихся экономик.
Целью статьи является анализ системы управления проектами и программами стратегического развития в
ООО «Yangi Zamon Tuhfasi», а также разработка рекомендаций по её совершенствованию. Методологическую
основу исследования составляют сравнительный анализ, GAP-анализ, экономико-статистические методы и
моделирование.
В результате исследования выявлены ключевые проблемы: отсутствие формализованных методологий, слабая
система управления рисками, низкий уровень цифровизации и недостаточная вовлечённость стейкхолдеров.
Разработана интегрированная модель управления проектами, включающая внедрение PMO, системы KPI и
цифровых инструментов.
Практическая значимость исследования заключается в повышении эффективности проектной деятельности,
снижении рисков и росте финансовых показателей предприятия
