Ushbu maqola yashil iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish sharoitida ko‘p kvartirali uy-joy fondiga xizmat
ko‘rsatish tizimini innovatsion rivojlantirish yo‘llarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda hozirgi boshqaruv
tizimining kamchiliklari, energiya va suv resurslaridan samarali foydalanmaslik, eskirgan texnologiyalar va
xarajatlarning ortishi kabi muammolar tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqolada smart metering, energiya tejamkor
texnologiyalar, qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalari va axborot-boshqaruv tizimlari kabi innovatsion yechimlar
taklif etiladi.
