Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasini raqamlashtirish masalalari yoritilgan.
Mavjud tizimlar va ularning integratsiyalashuv jarayonlari tahlil qilingan. Asosiy masalalar sifatida ma’lumotlar
tarqoqligi hamda monitoring tizimlarining yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligi ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Muallif tomonidan
IDTEE modeli taklif etilgan. CRM tizimi bilan integratsiya asosida yagona raqamli muhitni shakllantirish
imkoniyatlari asoslangan. Boshqaruv qarorlarini analitik ma’lumotlar asosida qabul qilish mexanizmlari
yoritilgan. Natijada samaradorlikni oshirish imkoniyatlari isbotlangan. Modelning ilmiy yangiligi ham asoslab
berilgan.
