Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l transporti korxonalarida marketing strategiyasining iqtisodiy mazmuni, uning
boshqa xizmat ko‘rsatish tarmoqlaridan farqlovchi jihatlari hamda marketing tadqiqotlarining boshqaruvdagi roli tahlil
qilingan. Temir yo‘l tizimining infratuzilmaviy murakkabligi, uzoq muddatli investitsion xususiyati, davlat tomonidan
tartibga solinishi, yo‘lovchi va yuk segmentlarining o‘ziga xos talablari, shuningdek, xizmat sifati va raqamli xizmatlarning
ustuvorligi marketing strategiyasini shakllantirishdagi asosiy omillar sifatida yoritilgan
